Dr. Sweta Shah has obtained PhD in Electrical Engineering from INDUS University, Ahmedabad. She completed her M.E in Electrical Power System from B.V.M. college of Engineering and B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Gandhinagar. She has attended many workshop and STTP on recent trends in Electrical field.Dr. Sweta Shah is well-recognized teacher for under graduate and post graduate education in engineering and technology. She taught courses at bachelor level on Elements of electrical Engineering, Electrical Measurement, Network Analysis, Power Generation, Power System, Power System Analysis, Power system Operation and Control, Power System Protection, Electrical Design, Soft Computing Techniques; Master level on optimization Techniques, Advanced power system Operation and Control, Power system Modeling and Analysis, Distributed Generation and Micro Grid, Application of Artificial Intelligence in Power System to Electrical Engineering Students. Dr. Sweta Shah has been on academic board of universities as Board of Studies (Chairman) UG as well as PG courses, member of Academic council 2014- 2016, Board of Studies (Member) 2017 – till date.
